With over 15 years communications experience my aim is to help you communicate with your ‘social customers’. I worked for many years as a journalist before moving into press & PR and then online specialising in eCRM & social media. I have worked for some impressive companies within Marketing & Comms teams including Associated British Foods and most recently as a senior manager in the John Lewis Online Marketing team where I had the joy of managing the social strategy (yes that includes managing the launch of 3 Christmas campaigns in social media!).
