I have worked in communications and marketing for over 17 years, first as a journalist then in PR before moving into online marketing specialising in social media, content and CRM. I’ve worked across sectors including FMCG with ABF, travel and hospitality for Premier Inn and retail for John Lewis where I managed the social media and CRM strategy for several years. I now help companies understand how to use social media and CRM to communicate with their customers. Services I provide include setting online marketing strategies specifically social media and CRM and training teams in management of social media, including crisis management.
