I advise on day to day HR matters, such as disciplinary’s, grievances, absence and performance management, as well as drafting employment documentation including contracts and handbooks.
I support businesses in respect of reorganisations or restructuring, which might lead to redundancies. I advise employers in respect of employee issues arising from transactions, particularly involving TUPE.
I represent employers and employees at Employment Tribunal hearings and advise in respect of Settlement Agreements.
